1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Nudtar ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of nudtar.com, including all games, services, promotions, and content available on the platform.

By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them unconditionally. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms — though note that account sharing and proxy play are prohibited under Section 3.

Nudtar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Nudtar, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You must not be excluded from gaming under any self-exclusion programme or court order.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of Nudtar staff.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

Nudtar reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be registered by ineligible players will be closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with our internal review procedures.

3 Your Account

One account per player. Each person may hold only one active Nudtar account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to belong to the same person may be suspended and balances forfeited pending review.

Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your account's lifetime. Nudtar will use this information for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and support purposes.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected]. Nudtar will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

KYC verification. Before withdrawals can be processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting valid Philippine government-issued identification. Nudtar may also request KYC documentation at other times — for example, when a large deposit is made or when account activity triggers a review. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits

All deposits on Nudtar are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallet channels. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person will be reversed where possible, and the depositing account may be suspended.
• Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit methods on Nudtar.
• Deposits are credited to your Nudtar account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
• Nudtar does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Check with your payment provider before depositing.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of your available balance may be requested at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to a payment account registered in your name.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw to a payment account in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Nudtar aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but timelines may be affected by bank processing schedules or verification requirements.
• Nudtar reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if required by internal compliance procedures.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there is an active bonus attached to your balance that has not yet met applicable wagering requirements. Full details are shown in your account at the time of any active promotion.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Nudtar — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, and eBingo — are governed by the individual rules of each game type in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or game category.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game events broadcast in real time. Nudtar does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, Nudtar's decision on how to handle the affected round is final.
• Nudtar reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where an error — including an incorrect price or odds display — has been published due to a technical or human error.
• Sports bet settlements are made in accordance with the official results of the relevant sporting body. Protests and appeals to those results do not affect settled bets.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

General principles that apply to all Nudtar promotions:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nudtar and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform without human involvement.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game category.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised means.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the Nudtar platform or its infrastructure.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false information during KYC.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or misconfigured game settings for financial gain.

Nudtar cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and financial regulators where required. Any account suspected of involvement in prohibited conduct will be frozen pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

Nudtar is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment purposes only and is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. Gaming involves real financial risk — outcomes are never guaranteed and no strategy eliminates the possibility of loss.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nudtar's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Nudtar is not liable for any losses arising from a player's gaming activity. All bets are placed voluntarily and at the player's own risk.
• Nudtar is not responsible for interruptions to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Nudtar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profits or opportunity costs.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, Nudtar's maximum liability is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round.

12 Account Termination

Termination by the player. You may close your Nudtar account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified, unencumbered balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment account, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

Termination by Nudtar. Nudtar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player has provided false information at any point.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate closure.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Nudtar reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Players will be notified of the reason for closure and any available dispute resolution steps.

13 Changes to These Terms

Nudtar may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, Nudtar will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders through the platform or by email.

Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account and request withdrawal of your remaining balance.
